Rangers have acquired Steven Davis on loan.

Rangers midfielder Steven Davis has had a bumpy ride at Ibrox so far upon his return.
Manager Steven Gerrard told the club’s Youtube channel that Davis’ from the Rangers line up against Aberdeen was selection based and not injury related.
This was in response to inconsistent form from the Northern Ireland midfielder since his Rangers loan spell began.
Gerrard says however that he expects Davis to sign permanently in the summer.
He told The Telegraph: “I believe Steven will be here next season.
“That’s all I can say about it right now.”

Davis is on a loan until the end of the season, when his contract at Southampton will expire.
Rangers clearly are confident of convincing Davis to sign permanently as a free agent.
To do that, he must give them reason to want to, which means raising his game.
