Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has predicted Neil Lennon’s Celtic to win against Kilmarnock today.

Gerrard’s side are second in the league table at the moment with 69 points from 34 matches, nine points behind leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic.
Celtic will take on Kilmarnock at home this afternoon, with the visiting team aiming to finish third in the standings.
A defeat for the Hoops today could give Rangers a ray of hope in terms of winning the Scottish Premiership title this season.
Rangers manager Gerrard, though, does not think that Celtic will lost to Kilmarnock this afternoon.
Gerrard told The Scottish Sun: “We’ll know before our game where it sits but I can’t see Kilmarnock stopping Celtic. That’s my opinion.
“Celtic have been very strong at Celtic Park. If I had to predict an outcome I’d say they will collect three points. So if you’re asking if the door is open, then I’d say probably not.”

No hope for Rangers?
It is hard to see Rangers get back into the Scottish Premiership title race this season even if Celtic fail to pick up maximum points against Kilmarnock at Celtic Park this afternoon.
Neil Lennon’s side have the best team in Scotland, and it is hard to envisage the Hoops slipping up in the final weeks of the campaign.
