Glasgow Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is suspended for the Ibrox club’s Scottish League Cup tie on Sunday.

Gerrard, who was appointed the Rangers manager in the summer, made the comments ahead of the Gers’ Scottish League Cup semi-final tie against Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon.
Morelos will not feature in the tie, as the 22-year-old Colombia international striker is suspended.
Rangers manager Gerrard has praised the youngster, and has said that he has been their talisman this season.
Meanwhile, Kilmarnock striker Kris Boyd has said that Rangers will miss Morelos against Aberdeen on Sunday.
Gerrard told The Scottish Sun: “I’m definitely not going to tell you my team. But there’s no getting away from it, Alfredo has been our talisman, I’ve only got good things to say about him. I’m a big fan of his and he will be missed, so will Kyle, they are two big players for us.”
Boyd wrote in The Scottish Sun about Morelos: “He’s shown lately that he’s a huge player for Rangers with the way he gets at people.
“Clearly he still has issues he needs to keep a check on during games, as he is always liable to do something daft.
“But his play has been excellent and I think he’ll be a massive miss to Rangers in this game.”

Morelos is a very good and promising young striker who has been brilliant for Rangers since his move from HJK in the summer of 2017.
The Colombia international striker has scored four goals and provided five assists in nine Scottish Premiership appearances for Rangers so far this season, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
