Brendan Rodgers Celtic side crushed Astana 5-0 in Champions League qualification last night.
Celtic were expected to be given a tough test by Astana, who have proven their European credentials in recent years.
However, Rodgers’ men breezed past the Kazakhstan side in a hugely impressive victory.

Celtic took the lead through an own-goal, and they never let up throughout the 90 minutes.
Scott Sinclair bagged a brace, James Forrest got on the scoresheet, and then another own-goal completed the rout.
And although Griffiths did not get his name up in lights, Gerrard claims that the striker’s work rate was key to Celtic’s victory.
“It was a fabulous performance for the full 90 minutes,” the Liverpool great said. “They were in complete control and Leigh Griffiths was the catalyst for me. It was a very selfless performance. He worked his socks off.”
Griffiths has led the line well for Celtic so far this season, with his main rival for the striking place in Rodgers’ line-up, Moussa Dembele, currently out injured.
