Steven Gerrard of Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers says his hands are tied over Ryan Kent at the moment.

Steven Gerrard has told The Scottish Sun that Rangers are no closer to re-signing Ryan Kent.
Gerrard’s assistant Gary McAllister said last month that he was confident of the Gers getting Kent back on loan from Liverpool this season.
But the trail appears to have gone cold and it remains to be seen if Rangers will be bringing him to Ibrox once again.
Liverpool value the 22-year-old at around £12 million [The Echo], but Gerrard only wants him on loan.
And the 39-year-old insists the ball is in the Reds’ court over whether he’s available or not.
He told The Scottish Sun: “The only way we’ll have a conversation is if Liverpool phone and say he’s available to go on loan. I would be repeating myself if I said that we want him. I’ve made that pretty clear. But that situation is in Liverpool’s hands at the moment.”
What a coup it would be for Rangers if Gerrard can get him back.
Kent won Young Player of the Year in the Scottish Premiership last season and a second full year under Gerrard certainly sounds very exciting indeed.
Leeds United have also been linked, but the Championship club signed four wingers last week and therefore a move to Elland Road seems unlikely.
