Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers won against NK Osijek, with Ryan Kent playing well for the Ibrox club.

Kent, who joined Rangers on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, was in action for the Gers against Osijek in the first leg of Europa League Qualifying Second Round tie on Thursday evening.
The 21-year-old winger started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as as the Gers won 1-0, thanks to Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos’s goal in the 18th minute.
Rangers manager Gerrard was impressed with the performance of former England Under-20 international Kent.
Gerrard told Rangers’ official website about Kent: “If you take into consideration, Ryan Kent has only played two 45 minutes in friendly games, and he still has another level to go in to.
“It was a positive debut and he looked dangerous and the supporters can see what type of player he is going to be.”

Postive performance
Kent played well for Rangers against Osijek, and the Ibrox faithful should be encouraged with the Liverpool-owned winger’s display.
The youngster is still getting used to the rhythm of competitive football this season, and the 21-year-old is only going to improve and get better in the coming weeks and months.
