Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers winger Jamie Murphy is currently injured.
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard
Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has suggested to the club’s official Twitter page that Jamie Murphy could return for the Ibrox club before the end of the season.
Murphy – who joined Rangers from Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer of 2018 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £1 million after a loan spell at Ibrox – is on the sidelines at the moment due to damaged knee ligaments.
Back in August 2018, BBC Sport claimed that the 29-year-old Scotland international winger will miss the rest of the season.
Rangers manager Gerrard has suggested that the Scotland international winger could play the final few games of the season.

Title challenge boost
Rangers are giving Celtic a run for their money in the Scottish Premiership this season, and Gerrard’s side could well win the title.
Murphy is a very good and experienced winger, and if the Scotland international is back for the final few games of the campaign, then it will boost the Gers’ chances of clinching the championship.
