Rangers snapped up Matt Polster and Glen Kamara last week.

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has told the club’s official website that he gave Matt Polster and Glen Kamara a double training session today in order to get up to speed.
The Gers struck two deals in the final days of the January transfer window, capping off what was a hugely positive month for Rangers.
Loan deals for Steven Davis and Jermain Defoe were struck, as were pre-contract agreements for Jordan Jones and Glen Kamara.
However, Rangers weren’t done, as they then signed trialist Matt Polster on a free transfer before landing Kamara from Dundee immediately rather than waiting until the summer.
Polster, 25, started training with Rangers in December, and did enough to impress Gerrard into handing him a deal, joining on a free transfer from Chicago Fire.
A utility player who can feature at right back or in central midfield, Polster should really aid Gerrard’s options, whilst Kamara also reinforces that midfield area having starred for Dundee.

Neither player featured against St Mirren over the weekend, and Gerrard has now revealed that both players were put through a gruelling double training session today in order to try and gget them up to speed.
“We did know it would take the new boys three or four weeks to get them up to speed,” said Gerrard. “It is a similar situation now with Glen Kamara and Matt Polster, we will push them, they are doing a double session today to try and add more volume into them,” he added.
