Sheyi Ojo scored for Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers at Ibrox on Thursday.
Sheyi Ojo of Rangers
Gerrard was impressed with the performance of Ojo, who joined Rangers on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, during the Gers’ 1-0 win against Feyenoord at Ibrox in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
The 22-year-old winger scored the only goal in the Group G match with a wonderful strike midway through the first half.
Gerrard told Rangers’ official website about Ojo: “At times, he might not get it right but he is always intentionally trying to do the right thing for the team.
“He is a game-changer – whether that be through an assist, a dribble or through a strike like he did tonight.
“That’s the reason why I brought him in as he can make the difference in the final third and he could have had another one. I’ll be onto him over that – but that’s Sheyi.
“Sheyi is the type of player where one or two things might go wrong and then he’ll put one in the top corner from 25-yards. Get used to it and get behind him – that’s what he can do.”

Important player for Rangers
Ojo has been superb for Rangers since his loan move from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
The winger has scored one goal in four Scottish Premiership appearances for the Gers and has found the net once in one Europa League match so far this season, according to WhoScored.
The 22-year-old is progressing nicely at Rangers, and Liverpool will hope that he continues to develop under manager Gerrard.
Rangers are aiming to in the Scottish Premiership title this season and progress to the knockout rounds of the Europa League.
