Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has told the club’s official Twitter page that Ibrox midfielder Graham Dorrans will play in a reserve game to build up his fitness.
The 31-year-old Rangers midfielder has not played for the Gers since September due to a knee injury which also affected his time at Ibrox last season.
According to The Glasgow Evening Times, Rangers will move on Dorrans among other players in the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has been on the books of the Gers since the summer of 2017 when he joined from Norwich City for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £1.3 million.
Rangers manager Gerrard has revealed that Dorrans played in a bounce game against Liverpool at Ibrox on Monday.
The former Liverpool midfielder has also suggested that the Scotland international midfielder will take part in a reserve game, as the former West Bromwich Albion and Livingston star aims to build his business and get ready for pre-season.
Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 69 points from 34 matches.
