Glasgow Rangers midfielder Josh Windass did not have a great game at Ibrox on Thursday.

Windass featured for Rangers in the first leg of their Europa League first round qualifier against FK Shkupi at Ibrox.
The 24-year-old midfielder started the match and played for 79 minutes, as the Gers won 2-0.
The former Accrington Stanley star did not have a good match, and the Rangers fans made their opinion known.
As reported by The Scottish Sun, Gerrard’s decision to take off Windass with 11 minutes left on the clock was met with ironic cheers from some Ibrox faithful.
Rangers manager and Liverpool legend Gerrard has backed the 24-year-old midfielder to deal with the reaction of the Rangers fans positively.
Gerrard told The Scottish Sun: “Yeah, I felt the reaction when he came off. Josh will deal with that, he’s a strong lad and the only way to win fans over is to score goals.
“They are desperate for goals and desperate to be entertained and win games. So are we, we all feel it on the sides.
“But I thought Josh worked his socks off and could easily have come off the pitch with a couple of goals.”

Quality footballer
Windass has had issues with inconsistency during his time at Rangers, and there have been many occasions when he has gone missing.
However, there is no doubt that the 24-year-old is a very good midfielder, and Windass will prove himself in due time.
The midfielder has been linked with a move away from Rangers in the summer transfer window, with The Express (print edition, page 55, June 28, 2018) reporting that Cardiff City are ready to trigger the £3 million release clause in the 24-year-old’s contract (click here to read more).
