The Gunners have been draw alongside Paris St Germain, FC Basel and Ludogorets.
BT Sports Pundit Steve McManaman
Steve McManaman has told BT Sport that he believes Arsenal can finish ahead of Paris St Germain in their Champions League group.
The Gunners discovered their Champions League group on Thursday, finding themselves alongside the French champions as well as FC Basel and Ludogorets in Group A.
They will be expected to progress to the knockout stages from that group, although many will not feel they are capable of finishing ahead of the French champions.

McManaman though, says he fancies Arsene Wenger’s team as he has not been impressed by what he has seen of PSG.
“I fancy Arsenal to be honest,” he told BT Sport.
“When I watched PSG against Manchester City in the quarterfinals I was really disappointed by them. I think Arsenal can finish top of that group quite comfortably, if they’re at it all of the time.”

There is no denying that Arsenal fans will be hoping their side go all out to try and finish top of Group A this year.
They have not progressed past that stage since 2011, having faced Barcelona and Bayern twice as well as Monaco and AC Milan and failing to win any of those over two legs.
Most of those years saw them finishing second in the group and Arsenal will certainly be hoping they can top the group to try and avoid yet another big side in the last sixteen and break their duck.
