Leeds take on QPR at Loftus Road on Tuesday night in a crucial Championship clash.

Steve McClaren has told QPR’s official website that his struggling side need to be “physical and aggressive” to stop Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United at Loftus Road on Tuesday night.
The Whites travel to the capital to take on McClaren’s outfit in one of four Championship games taking place on Tuesday night. A win will see Bielsa’s side return to the top of the table above Norwich City.
QPR have failed to secure a league win since December, with their second-last win coming against Leeds in the FA Cup – though Bielsa did make a raft of changes and included a number of the club’s impressive youth academy.
Talking to QPR’s website ahead of Tuesday night’s clash, former England boss McClaren spoke of how QPR can stop Leeds in the Championship fixture and wants his side to be “aggressive”.
“Tonight we will need to have good organisation, be hard to beat, physical, aggressive, all those things. And we mustn’t show them too much respect,” McClaren said. “Maybe we did that against Middlesbrough [on Saturday].”

Bielsa has stuck to his guns once again, naming his starting eleven in Monday’s press conference ahead of the match. He has made no changes, but stated that Gaetano Berardi and Stuart Dallas will return to the 18-man squad.
Leeds have a game in hand over Norwich and second-placed Sheffield United, the latter of which Leeds are on level points. A win, then, will see them return to the top of the pyramid.
