Queens Park Rangers striker Nahki Wells finally got off the mark for his new club last night.

Wells signed for QPR on loan from Burnley in the summer, and the striker finally scored his first goal last night.
Despite being picked regularly, Wells has struggled to find the net.
And McClaren was delighted that the striker got off the mark in his side’s impressive 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday.
“I think the spirit of the squad there, they’re more delighted for Nahki than anybody. That was perfect for us, for him to do that,” McClaren said.
“He’s been frustrated but he’s never stopped working. He’s been great for the team and if you keep working and keep making runs you score goals. He knows that and hopefully he’ll go on from this.”

Despite Wells’ lack of goals, he has still earned great praise since moving to QPR.
The rapid striker has worked tirelessly, with Rangers’ results improving considerably since he arrived.
QPR have taken 20 points from their last 10 matches, following an impressive run of form.
McClaren’s side are next in action on Friday evening, when they take on Aston Villa.
