Wolverhampton Wanderers have been in sparkling form this season.

Wolves legend Steve Bull explained why he is experiencing a weird sensation when watching his team play this season, when writing his regular column for the Express & Star, admitting that he hasn’t seen anything of the like in quite some time.
The Black Country outfit have been in scintillating form this season, and currently sit comfortably at the top of the Championship table, four points clear of second placed Cardiff City, after taking 44 points from their opening 19 league outings.
Nuno Espirito Santo deserves great credit for the manner in which he has galvanised his squad at Molineux, following their underwhelming 2016/17 campaign, transforming them into a more unified outfit.

And Bull, who scored 306 goals for Wolves, admitted that it has been weird watching his former club this season, highlighting how easy they are making things look, when writing his regular column for the Express & Star:
Steve Bull looks on from the stands
“It’s a bit of a weird sensation watching them – they’re making it look easy and at Wolves we’re not necessarily used to that! I’ve not seen anything like this for a long time, certainly in terms of the style of play. At the start of the season I was a bit worried they might ‘overplay’ too much but what they do works – it’s all on the floor, no long balls and the fans are loving watching it.”
Next up for Wolves is a trip to their Midlands rivals Birmingham City on Monday night, and with the Blues fighting for their Championship lives, Nuno’s men will have to be at their very best, if they are to stretch their run of victories to six games.
