Wolverhampton Wanderers were soundly beaten by Leicester City on Saturday.

Wolves legend Steve Bull took part in a Q&A session for the Express & Star, and delivered his verdict on his former club’s defeat to Leicester on Saturday, suggesting that he knew they would lose after just 15 minutes of the game.
The Black Country outfit were quite simply sensational in the Championship last season, but having taken just one point from their opening two games in the top flight, they will quickly be learning just how unforgiving the Premier League can be.
Nuno Espirito Santo has plenty of quality amongst his ranks at Molineux, however, and the Portuguese will still fancy his chances of guiding his side to a top 10 finish come what May.
Bull, who scored a club record 306 goals for Wolves, suggested that despite his former side’s impressive start against the Foxes, he knew that they would lose the game, as quoted by the Express & Star:

“I knew within 15 minutes that we were going to lose the game, because of the chances we had. We hit the bar, the post, had one cleared off the line. It was just one of them.”
Next up for Wolves is a home clash against Manchester City on Saturday, and if Nuno’s men are to have any chance whatsoever of taking anything from the game, they will have to be a lot better than they were at the King Power Stadium at the weekend.
