Wolves legend Steve Bull took part in a light-hearted Q&A session for the Express & Star, and raved about the quality of Diogo Jota, labelling the Portuguese as ‘unbelievable’.

Wolves have been quite simply superb so far this season, and much of their success must be attributed to Nuno Espirito Santo’s incredible player recruitment during the summer.

Jota arrived at Molinuex from Atletico Madrid in the summer on a season long loan, with an option to make the deal a permanent one at the end of the season – a clause that the Black Country outfit have already activated.

The 21-year-old has chalked up 12 goals and four assists in 31 Championship outings thus far, and he has played a major contributing role in his side’s dominance in the Championship so far this term.

Bull, who scored 306 goals for Wolves, offered high words of praise for Jota, when speaking exclusively to the Express & Star, highlighting the Portuguese’s importance to his team:

“Jota, with his size and stature, he’s so fast, so quick. What he does for this team is absolutely unbelievable”

Next up for Jota and co is a trip to Deepdale to take on Preston North-End on Saturday, and the Portuguese maestro will have to be on top form, if his side are to head back to the Black Country with maximum points.
