Steve Bull has spoken highly of Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Helder Costa to The Express & Star.
The Wolves legend has been impressed with Costa’s performances for the Wanderers so far this season.
The 53-year-old former Wolves and England international striker was also pleased to see the 24-year-old winger score on his debut for Portugal against Scotland at Hampden Park this past Sunday.
Bull told The Express & Star about Costa: “When he got injured, he was a different player all together – he came back quite slow and sluggish.
“But he’s back to his best now and it’s absolutely tremendous, for Wolves and Portugal.”
The Wolves legend added: “A lot of players, after an injury like he had, they fall by the wayside or go a bit astray.
“I think he had his head down, but he’s knuckled down, rolled his sleeves up and he’s back to the Costa we had when we bought him.”

Costa joined Wolves on loan from Benfica in the summer of 2017 and made the move permanent in January 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £13 million.
The 24-year-old scored 10 goals and provided eight assists in 30 Championship starts for Wolves during the 2016-17 campaign, according to WhoScored.
During the 2017-18 campaign, the winger scored five goals and provided six assists in 21 league starts for the Wanderers, according to WhoScored.
Nuno’s Wolves are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 15 points from eight matches, just three points behind fourth-placed Arsenal.
