Aston Villa drew at Elland Road in the Championship on Friday.

Villa played out a 1-1 draw with Leeds away from home at Villa Park in the Championship on Friday evening.
The West Yorkshire outfit took the lead in the 19th minute when Pontus Jansson scored.
Leeds were the better team in the first half, but the Villans stepped up their game in the second period when Henri Lansbury scored the equaliser on 71 minutes.

Villa manager Bruce has revealed that he told his players at half time.
“I said to them we had to look after the ball better and play with a bit more intensity when we didn’t have it,” Bruce told Villa’s official website. “We had to get after the ball better because we were a bit easy on them in the first half.
“We had good opportunities but surrendered possession in good areas. But we looked a very decent team in the second half.”

The draw with Leeds at Elland Road on Friday evening means that Villa are now fifth in the Championship table with 36 points from 20 matches.
The Villans will return to action next weekend when they take on Millwall at Villa Park in the Championship.
Given Bruce’s side’s current form, they should be able to win with ease against Millwall at home.
