Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce is under serious pressure, after a run of five games without victory.

Bruce has come under pressure from Villa fans, after his side’s terrible run of form recently.
Villa have failed to win any of their last five matches, and have slipped down to eighth place in the Championship table.
There were chants against Bruce heard during Villa’s latest defeat, which came against Brentford at Griffin Park yesterday.

But Bruce insists that the criticism he is currently taking will not affect his management.
The experienced boss said: “Look, we got beaten, so I’ll take all the criticism that comes my way.
“I’ve taken criticism all my life. But I’m determined we’ll pull through it and get back to where we were.”
Villa were out of sorts yesterday evening, as they were beaten by Brentford at Griffin Park.

The claret and blues’ goal was scored by Josh Onomah, but Brentford struck through Romaine Sawyers and Lasse Vibe to secure the three points.
Villa are now three points outside the play off places, and they will be under pressure to pick up a victory against fellow promotion hopefuls, Middlesbrough, in their next match.
