The Aston Villa pair are expected to return to action shortly.

Grealish has not made an appearance for Villa yet this season, whilst Lansbury has been out since September 19th.
The west Midlands outfit have been inconsistent this season, and currently sit in seventh position in the Championship table, seven points adrift of league leaders Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Much was expected of Bruce’s Villa side this season, but they have failed to deliver thus far, especially in the big games.

And they will be hoping that the returns of both Grealish and Lansbury will assist them in their climb up the table.
Bruce spoke to reporters today, and told them that he expects to see the pair back taking part in training on Monday, as quoted by AVFC.co.uk:
“We’re going to have to box clever with him. He’s been out a long time but it’s good to see him on the pitch. He’s been out all season – three months or so. It’s nice to see him training – he got an hour under his belt this week, too. He’ll take part again on Monday, probably along with Henri Lansbury.”

With just over a quarter of the Championship season now completed, and tough games against Fulham, Birmingham City and Preston North-End on the horizon, having Grealish and Lansbury back involved with the first-team could be just what the doctor ordered, with regards to Villa’s promotion hopes.
