Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce spoke to reporters over the weekend, and raved about the quality of new signing Yannick Bolasie, predicting that the winger will prove to be a great piece of business for the club, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The 29-year-old joined the Villans from Everton on a season-long loan deal last week, and many are predicting that he will take the Championship by storm.
Aston Villa desperately need to secure promotion back to the Premier League this season, and following the loan capture of Bolasie, they will surely be in a great position to do just that.
Bruce talked up the quality of the Congolese ace, when speaking to reporters, predicting that the winger will prove to be a great acquisition for Villa, as quoted by the club’s official website:
“To get a player of his calibre, with his pace and power, is great. He’ll be a big acquisition. It’ll be a great bit of business I’m sure.”
Next up for Villa is their Carabao Cup second round clash with Burton Albion tonight, and Bolasie could be in contention to make his debut for the west Midlands outfit.
