Tottenham Hotspur’s Josh Onomah is seriously impressing on a loan spell with Aston Villa.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have quickly batted away Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce’s comments to the Birmingham Mail suggesting that he will attempt to sign Josh Onomah in the near future.

Onomah has been loaned out by Spurs to Villa, and the youngster has been in brilliant form.

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder put in a wonderful display, as Villa beat Fulham yesterday.

Bruce has now suggested that the Claret and Blues will attempt to reach a deal with Spurs for the young talent.

But Spurs fans do not want to see Onomah leave the club, and believe that Mauricio Pochettino will not even consider accepting an offer for the prospect.

Onomah has now made 11 Championship appearances for Villa, and scored two goals.

The youngster’s performance against Fulham should have secured his starting place for the weeks ahead, as he looks to gain precious experience of playing first-team football.

Onomah has already been handed a handful of senior appearances for Tottenham, and he is a player who Pochettino is believed to rate very highly.
