Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce is hoping that Mile Jedinak will return to fitness soon.

Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce has told the Birmingham Mail that he is concerned with Mile Jedinak.
The Australian midfielder is currently out injured, and he is missing out on representing Australia over the current international break.
Bruce is hoping that Jedinak will be fit in time to face Wolverhampton Wanderers on October 14th, but the experienced boss admits that he is slightly worried about the former Crystal Palace man’s fitness.
“Jedinak isn’t going to Australia, it’s a bit of a concern with him I admit when he played that one game and he was sore,” Bruce said.

“It’s a concern but we hope the break will do him the world of good and he will be in contention for our next away game.”
Jedinak’s injury means that he will miss Villa’s next match, which comes against Bolton Wanderers tomorrow.
Bruce’s side have coped well in Jedinak’s absence, and are now building some momentum.
The claret and blues are unbeaten in their last seven games, and have won their last three matches in succession.
Villa will also be boosted by the return of Gabriel Agbonlahor against Bolton, but Henri Lansbury will miss out.

“Gabby Agbonlahor is fit, Henri Lansbury isn’t quite there,” Bruce added.
Bolton are currently sat at the bottom of the Championship table, with Villa the heavy favourites to beat them at the weekend.
