Stephen Hunt has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Wolverhampton Wanderers progressing to the group stage of the Europa League.

Wolves got the better of Torino 2-1 at home in the second leg of their Europa League round playoff tie on Thursday evening.

The result means that Nuno’s side have booked their place in the group stage of the European competition 5-3 on aggregate.

Former Wolves player Hunt has taken to Twitter to give his take on the Wanderers playing in the Europa League this season, and has suggested that their Premier League form could suffer.

Exciting times

Wolves fans will be delighted that their team are playing in the Europa League this season, and perhaps they could do quite far in the competition.

True, playing on Thursdays could affect Wolves’ Premier League campaign, but Nuno is a very smart manager who knows how to rotate his squad.

Moreover, the likes of Conor Coady, Morgan Gibbs-White, Ruben Neves and Raul Jimenez will relish playing in the Europa League.
