West Ham United-owned defender Stephen Hendrie was delighted to see Celtic draw Rangers in the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup.
The West Ham prospect is a Celtic fan and was excited to see a repeat of last season’s Scottish League Cup semi-final.
Rangers are in far better form this time around than last campaign – and West Ham-owned Hendrie is thrilled by the draw.
So too were Hull City midfielders David Meyler and Robert Snodgrass, meanwhile. They would like to attend Celtic – Rangers, a tie that is guaranteed to get Scotland talking.
At the same time, it should be a much closer affair than it was last season.
Another of the Hull trio, Andrew Robertson, took to social media to warn that Rangers are a better team this time around.
