Daniel Stendel, Gareth Ainsworth and Paul Cook are reportedly among the managerial candidates at Sunderland.

Stephen Elliott has suggested Wigan Athletic manager Paul Cook as the new boss of Sunderland, as posted on Twitter.
The former Sunderland forward believes that out of Daniel Stendel, Gareth Ainsworth and Cook, the Wigan boss is the best candidate for the Black Cats’ managerial role.
According to The Telegraph, Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth is the favourite for the Sunderland managerial position and has been given permission to speak to the Black Cats.
The report has also claimed that former Barnsley boss Stendal and current Wigan manager Cook are under consideration by the Stadium of Light outfit.
Big decision from Sunderland
Sunderland are in a very good position in the League One table at the moment and could still finish top, or at least second this season.
The Black Cats need to make the right decision now regarding finding a replacement for Ross, as results need to improve straightaway.
The Black Cats will take on Wycombe Wanderers away from home in League One after the international break.
