Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City are fighting for the Premier League title.

Former Manchester City forward Stephen Elliott has suggested on Twitter that he hopes that Liverpool win at least one major trophy this season.
Liverpool have the chance to win the Premier League and the Champions League this season.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 85 points from 34 matches, two points clear of second-placed and defending champions City, who have played 33 games.
The Merseyside outfit have also progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League, and will face Spanish and European giants Barcelona for a place in the final.
Former City forward Elliott has shared his hopes for Liverpool on Twitter, as shown below.

City have a game in hand over Liverpool in the race for the Premier League table, and the Citizens will consider themselves favourites for the title.
However, Pep Guardiola’s side have a tougher run-in, with the Citizens facing Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United in successive games.
Barcelona have a certain Lionel Messi in their squad, and that means that they will be favourites in their Champions League tie against Liverpool.
