Celtic boss Neil Lennon has a big week ahead of him with a Europa League tie on Thursday then the Old Firm at the weekend.

BT Sport pundit Stephen Craigan has claimed that Craig Gordon will be ‘hurting’ for how he was replaced as the Celtic goalkeeper.
Last Thursday, during a Europa League encounter, it was announced on Celtic’s official Twitter account that Fraser Forster has returned to the club.
At the time, Gordon was playing in between the sticks for the Bhoys and then at the weekend, Forster started Celtic’s win against Hearts.
Speaking to BT Sport’s official Periscope account (25/08/2019), Craigan seemingly felt sorry for how Gordon lost his place in Celtic’s starting XI.
“How does Craig Gordon feel,” Craigan asked on BT Sport. “On Thursday night, he’s playing in a European game and his replacement is being announced at half-time. I understand all the logic, but he must have been thinking ‘come on here’.

“His disappointment of getting back into the side, he understands that Neil’s probably looking for a new goalkeeper, but as an individual, it must have hurt him a little bit.”
With Scott Bain currently on the sidelines, it is now obvious that Forster is Celtic’s number one, but when he returns from injury it’ll be interesting to see who will be starting regularly.
Either way, Gordon will more than likely find himself as number three, and with his contract running out next summer, his future at Parkhead is seemingly coming to an end.
