Switzerland’s Granit Xhaka applauds the fans at the end of the game
Speaking to talkSPORT, former Liverpool defender Stephane Henchoz has warned Granit Xhaka that he will have to improve at Arsenal.
The Gunners completed a move for Xhaka before the start of Euro 2016, paying a reported £30 million plus to Borussia Dortmund for his services.
He has since had a decent tournament with Switzerland, putting in several impressive performances as they progressed to the knockout stages.

His displays have not gone unnoticed by the Gunners faithful, who are eagerly anticipating his arrival at the Emirates this summer.
Henchoz though, has warned that he will have to improve his play when under pressure if he is to be a success in England.
“I think the Premier League is a different game it’s definitely harder from my experience,” he told talkSPORT.
“He will have to step up his game. He’s a good holding midfield player but he will have to step up his game in terms of being able to play under pressure.”

It will certainly be interesting to see how Xhaka performs in the Premier League next season.
He has done well in the Bundesliga but the English top flight is a very different animal to the German top division, as many have discovered.
His displays at Euro 2016 have shown he has ability, and Arsenal will be hoping he can continue that form into the new season.
