Some Liverpool fans on Twitter have urged manager Jurgen Klopp to include Diogo Jota in the starting lineup instead of Roberto Firmino against Fulham today.

Liverpool will take on Fulham at Anfield in the Premier League in a few hours’ time.

Jota is available for the match after recovering from his long-term injury, and some Liverpool fans want the 24-year-old Portugal international forward to start ahead of Roberto Firmino, as shown below.

Jota was playing well before he suffered his injury, and the 24-year-old will be determined to get back to his best.

Firmino has not been in great form lately, and with Liverpool struggling to score goals and losing games at the moment, a change in personnel in attack would not be a bad idea.

Jota is dynamic, energetic and scores goal, and his inclusion in the starting lineup could give the defending champions an edge.

According to WhoScored, the former Wolverhampton Wanderers star has scored five goals in five Premier League starts and has scored four goals in four Champions League starts for Liverpool this season.

Firmino has scored six goals and provided five assists in 25 Premier League starts for the Reds this campaign, according to WhoScored.
