
Everyone knows what Leeds United have missed Patrick Bamford and Kalvin Phillips.
Both players were huge factors behind Leeds finishing ninth in the Premier League last season, on their return to the top division.
So for both to be missing for so long this season, well it’s no surprise the Whites are flirting with relegation.
However, people tend to overlook Liam Cooper as a major player who’s also being sidelined.
We’re talking about not oly Leeds’ best defender, but the captain and having been without him since December has also been a reason behind United’s worsening form.
The 30-year-old central defender has sent an exciting message on Twitter, though.
On Thursday, Cooper took to social media to post something about needing a haircut and although that isn’t the least bit exciting, his location was.
The former Chesterfield powerhouse appeared to upload an image of himself in Jesse Marsch’s training at Thorp Arch and so long as he’s back in training, well he can’t be too far away from returning to the Whites’ starting lineup now.
