Stan Collymore left unimpressed after Aston Villa drew 0-0 with Brentford.

Former Aston Villa player and now football pundit, Stan Collymore, has been left unimpressed after Aston Villa drew 0-0 against Brentford on Saturday.
The Villans have made a stuttering start to their 2017/18 Championship campaign, winning just once in their opening five games.

Villa have made some smart signings this summer, and are expected to mount a strong challenge for promotion this season. However, the results and the performance to go with it have been way below expectations.
It was a very ordinary performance from the home side, who managed just 10 shots compared to 18 by the visitors, according to BBC Sport. In fact, Brentford had a better ball possession and more shots on target than Villa.

Collymore says that it is at this point of this season where team starts to play with cohesion and consistency, but those two qualities are yet to be found in Villa’s game.
Aston Villa owner Tony Xia has been very vocal of his expectations this season, and he took to Twitter to express his dismay.
By using three emojis, he somehow expressed his thoughts on Villa’s performance.
Collymore has re-tweeted Xia’s tweet, before adding that it is time for Steve Bruce to get results.
