The former forward believes the situation with Daniel Sturridge could prove troublesome.

Writing in the Mirror, Stan Collymore has once again suggested he can see problems arising between Jurgen Klopp and Daniel Sturridge.
The striker found himself out of the German’s plans last season as his ongoing injury problems saw his future at the club questioned.
He went on to star for them once again towards the end of last season and has been in the team once again this season.
Last week saw him starting in a right-wing role against Burnley, a position in which he struggled during his side’s 2-0 defeat.

His frustration led to him claiming he was not happy playing anywhere but through the middle and Collymore says he can see problems arising if Klopp continues to play the striker out of position.
“If Jurgen Klopp is going to ask Daniel Sturridge to play wide, then I reckon he’s going to have a massive problem on his hands,” he told the Mirror.
“Sturridge, to me, is someone who was a bit damaged by being pushed out earlier in his career for bigger-name strikers, so Klopp has got to ensure he doesn’t repeat the same thing otherwise there could be trouble ahead.”

Luckily for Liverpool, Sturridge is unlikely to find himself playing in the right-wing position very often this season.
Given the big money the Reds have paid for Sadio Mane, and the impressive start he has made to life at Anfield, the winger is likely to be first choice as often as possible.
However, if it is in Klopp’s plans to use him in the position then it is easy to imagine there could be a problem down the line given the striker’s clear disdain for playing there.
