Stan Collymore has backed Everton, Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace to have strong seasons.

Stan Collymore has suggested that Everton, Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace could all have excellent seasons in the upcoming Premier League campaign.
Collymore took part in an impromptu Twitter question and answer session yesterday, when he was asked which team he felt would be the surprise package in England’s top flight next term.
And Collymore suggested that he felt Everton, Boro and Palace could all have positive seasons.
Everton have swapped managers this summer, with Ronald Koeman taking over from Roberto Martinez.

The Toffees finished in 11th place last season, but they are expected to progress this term.
Everton have masses of funds to spend this summer, but they are yet to invest heavily in their squad.
That is something which cannot be said about Middlesbrough, who have been very busy since earning promotion.
Boro have brought in some high profile players – including Alvaro Negredo – and their transfer business has caught the eye.

Palace, too, have added quality to their squad, with Andros Townsend joining from Newcastle United.
