Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli was in action for England against Spain on Saturday.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli was in action for England on Saturday evening, as the 22-year-old featured in the UEFA Nations League Group A4 match against Spain at the Wembley Stadium in London.
Alli started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, as England lost 2-1 to Spain at home.
The Tottenham midfielder did give his best and tried to create chances, but the 22-year-old failed to make a huge impact and could not offer much going forward.
Former England international striker Stan Collymore was following the match, and the 47-year-old has some advice for Alli on social networking site Twitter.
While stating that Alli has boundless ability, the former Liverpool striker suggested that the Tottenham midfielder – who earns £55,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com, and is one of the best young players in the world – needs to take more responsibility.
Back in October 2017, Collymore suggested in The Mirror that England manager Gareth Southgate should make Alli the team captain.
