Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore has claimed on social networking site Twitter that only Tottenham Hotspur can catch Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table.
Chelsea are at the top of the standings at the moment with 72 points from 30 matches, seven points clear of second-placed and London rivals Tottenham.
Collymore believes that Antonio Conte’s side are just three wins away from winning the league title, and that only Tottenham can catch them.
Chelsea have been the best team in the Premier League this season, and it is hard to see them suffer a collapse in the final weeks of the season.
The London club have just one tough game in the run-in – against Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford.
For Tottenham to win the league title, not only do they have to win their matches, but they will also have to hope that Chelsea drop points.
Spurs have two hard matches in the final weeks of the seas on – against Arsenal at White Hart Lane in April and against Manchester United at home in May.
