The 22-year-old signed for Tottenham Hotspur last summer.

Stan Collymore has told Boyle Sport’s Twitter account that Vincent Janssen is a passenger for Tottenham Hotspur.
The 22-year-old joined Spurs in a £17 million deal last season but struggled to make his mark on the North London club this past season.

The Netherlands international only managed six goals in 38 appearances across all competitions – and four of those were from the penalty spot.
In his defence, he is playing second fiddle to one of Europe’s finest strikers in Harry Kane – whose 29 Premier League goals last term won him the Golden Boot – but it is clear from his statistics that he is hardly competition for the 23-year-old.
And Collymore has told Boyle Sports’ Twitter account that the Dutchman is a mere “passenger” in the team and that his woes will do nothing for Kane’s improvement.

“Having a top-quality striker in the ranks would push [Kane] to the next level. Do I think Vincent Janssen is that man? No I don’t.
“Poch may well give him in an opportunity to shine as a back-up for Harry Kane in some tournaments.
“Surely from a Spurs perspective, they can’t afford to be carrying passengers and for me Vincent Janssen is a passenger.”
