Aston Villa kept their hopes of an automatic promotion alive after winning 3-1 against Barnsley in the Championship clash at Villa Park on Saturday.
Former Villa player turned popular football pundit, Stan Collymore, has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his reaction. He tweeted using #UTV hashtag in the end:
It was a comfortable win for the home side who went 2-0 up within the first 10 minutes, thanks to double goals from Scott Hogan.

Dimitri Cavare’s header kept Barnsley in the game, but Conor Hourihane scored against his former club to put the game beyond doubt.
Villa have now won four consecutive league games, which puts them in contention for automatic promotion.

Former Villa player, and club legend Ian Taylor also took to Twitter to express his reaction. He was particularly pleased with the performances of John Terry, Hogan and Jack Grealish.
Villa enjoyed 56% of possession and had 13 attempts on goal during the match. Steve Bruce’s side will face Sheffield United in their next Championship game.
