Sunderland and Ipswich Town reportedly want St. Mirren manager Jack Ross.

Jack Ross seems to be a man in demand, with Sunderland and Ipswich Town linked with the St. Mirren manager.
According to The Daily Record, Sunderland in League One in England are interested in appointing Ross as their new manager and have held talks with the 41-year-old.
The report has also claimed that the PFA Scotland Manager of the Year has also spoken to Ipswich in the Championship in England.

However, it seems that St Mirren, who will play in the Scottish Premiership next season after winning promotion from the Scottish Championship this term, do not want Ross to leave and have decided to hand him a new contract.
According to BBC Sport, St. Mirren have offered Ross an improvement deal in order to retain his services for the 2018-19 campaign.

Stay at St. Mirren or leave?
Sunderland may be playing in League One next season, but the Black Cats are a big club in England and have a strong following.
Managing Ipswich in the Championship would also be tempting for Ross, but perhaps the former Alloa Athletic should remain at St. Mirren where he is a hero and will be given time.
