Rangers look to maintain their huge lead at the top of the Premiership on Wednesday when they take on St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park.

Steven Gerrard’s side have gone on to build a 16-point gap at the top of the table, albeit having played three more games than Celtic.

Last week’s shock 3-2 Betfred Cup quarter-final defeat against St Mirren was their first domestic defeat of the season, but they bounced back on Saturday with a hard-fought 3-1 victory over Motherwell at Ibrox.
