Tottenham Hotspur’s Hugo Lloris is looking forward to the return of Moussa Dembele.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has stated his belief that the return to action of Mousa Dembele will prove to be a boost for Spurs.
Dembele was handed a six-match ban at the end of last season for an incident with Diego Costa during a clash between Tottenham and Chelsea back in May, and as a result the midfielder has not yet made a single Premier League appearance during the current campaign.

Dembele did feature for the first time this season during the 2-1 defeat at the hands of Monaco in the Champions League on Wednesday night and the Belgian international is now in line to make his first appearance in the league when Tottenham square off against Sunderland on Sunday.
Many Tottenham fans will surely be looking forward to seeing Dembele in action once again, especially following the club’s sluggish start to the season, and now goalkeeper Lloris has expressed his happiness ahead of the return of his teammate.

Lloris explained that not getting a chance to play competitive football has proved to be very difficult for Dembele and he has insisted that the 29-year-old will add quality to the Tottenham side.
The Frenchman told the Daily Mail, “It wasn’t an easy situation for Mousa, for sure. He trained hard in pre-season but was frustrated not to have the opportunity to compete and play games. But he is important for us and will add his quality.”
