Mino Raiola has suggested that Romelu Lukaku could stay put at Everton beyond the end of the current campaign.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Mino Raiola has explained that Romelu Lukaku is currently very happy at Goodison Park.
Lukaku has managed to establish himself as arguably one of the best young strikers in the world since making a move to Everton from Chelsea back in 2013, and his impressive record of 65 goals in just 132 appearances for the Toffees serves as a testament to this statement.
Given his exploits, a host of clubs are understandably interested in signing Lukaku and the striker has also made no secret of his desire to leave Goodison Park for greener pastures.
In an interview with the Daily Mirror, the 23-year-old recently revealed that Italian champions Juventus were interested in securing his services this summer and stated that he was left a bit hurt after the prospective transfer was blocked by Everton.

Lukaku’s comments surely proves that he will be looking to leave Everton at the first opportunity but the Belgian international’s agent Raiola has given the Toffees hope that they could still keep hold of their prized asset.
Raiola explained that Lukaku is happy at Everton despite his recent comments and then suggested that the attacker could extend his stay at Goodison Park beyond the end of the current campaign.
Raiola told the Daily Mail, “This year the message was clear that he was not for sale and he is really happy there at the moment. We are happy with what the club is doing now, we will see how the season goes.

“There was talk of Juventus but no one can afford him in Italy. Outside of England, realistically the only clubs that can afford him are Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Real Madrid.”
Lukaku has enjoyed a fine start to the current Premier League campaign so far after scoring four goals in as many appearances and it will certainly be interesting to see what price Everton will demand for the former Chelsea man if he continues on such a rich vein of form throughout the course of the season.
