Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with Celtic’s Kieran Tierney.

According to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in making a move for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney – but they should be looking at another Bhoys star too.
Spurs missed out on making any new signings this summer, and that means that there are already transfer rumours about Tottenham’s transfer targets for 2019.
With questions over Danny Rose’s future, another left back is likely to be on Mauricio Pochettino’s radar, with Celtic star Tierney thought to be a top target after the Bhoys failed to make the Champions League group stage.
The 21-year-old Scotland international would be a superb signing based on his performances and his huge potential, but Spurs may be wise to look at one of his Celtic teammates too.
With Vincent Jansson and Fernando Llorente unable to prove themselves under Pochettino, another striker is needed to compete with Harry Kane – and targeting Moussa Dembele again could be a smart move.
Dembele, 22, has hit 51 goals in 92 games for Celtic since a 2016 move from Fulham, which came after – according to Get West London – the striker had failed a January 2016 medical with Spurs.

The Frenchman has endured some injury issues with Celtic but has largely proven that he can play on a regular basis, surely eliminating some of Tottenham’s worries almost three years ago.
A double deal for the Celtic pair would solve some of Pochettino’s issues, and with Tottenham seemingly looking to benefit from Celtic missing out on Champions League football, bidding for both Tierney and Dembele could be a shrewd move.
