A select round-up of the latest news relating to Tottenham Hotspur…
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly tracking Toulouse goalkeeper Ali Ahamada, who could be a free agent next summer.
The £9million-rated stopper has also been linked with Benfica but the Sunday People claims Tottenham could make a move for the Frenchman, even though Hugo Lloris and Michel Vorm are already on their books.
Ahamada is highly-rated in his homeland and given that there would be no fee involved, Spurs could move for the 23-year-old, although it does seem a somewhat strange rumour given the other players currently at Tottenham’s disposal.
In other news, the Sunday Mirror claims Christian Eriksen is ready to commit his future to Spurs.
That is a somewhat bizarre claim in some ways, given that he only signed for the club last summer and has a deal that currently runs until the summer of 2018, but the report claims the Danish international could already be set for a new contract.
