Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Harry Winks has a big fan in Teddy Sheringham.

Tottenham Hotspur legend Teddy Sheringham has told The Daily Mail that Harry Winks reminds him very much of a young Michael Carrick.
The 22-year-old’s third full season in Tottenham’s senior set-up looks like it might be his best yet.
Winks’s season finished in February last term, but the young midfielder has come back a lot better and stronger this time around.
Mousa Dembele made that position his own in recent years, but the England international has ensured that Spurs haven’t missed the injured Belgian all that much.
Such is Winks’s talent, Mauricio Pochettino said earlier in the campaign that he was the North Londoners’ equivalent of Andres Iniesta [The Standard] – high praise and now Sheringham has likened him to another legendary midfielder.
He told The Daily Mail: “You only have to look at the way Harry Winks has made an impact. He reminds me in so many ways of Michael Carrick.
“He is probably that bit more mobile but he has the same impact and influence as Carrick. If you watch, he takes the ball on the half-turn.
“He can see everything around him — in front, behind and to the sides. Carrick was like that.”
Winks is adored by the North London faithful; not strictly because he’s a very good midfielder, but also because he’s one of their own.
He is an academy player and it’s clear that Pochettino has helped to take him to the next level.
Carrick, who began his career at West Ham, was sold by Spurs to Manchester United in 2006.
