A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the Spurs third kit for the 2019-20 season after it was officially unveiled on Tuesday (official Tottenham website).

The third kit is light blue from head to toe, a shade which dates back to 1885 – that shirt having been replicated for their 125th anniversary back in 2007 – and has featured regularly as a third kit since the 1980s, as stated on the Spurs website.

It features numerous nods to 1990s jersey culture, including an old school Nike logo with a dark blue button-down collar, dark blue trim on the sleeves, a ‘Spurs’ graphic running across the shirt thanks to a “matte/shine jacquard”, and a club crest with an elevated trim.
