The Spurs ace, who scored against Borussia Dortmund in their 3-0 win, is up for Goal of the Week.

Just a week after Tottenham Hotspur ace Jan Vertonghen was nominated for – and subsequently won – the Champions League Player of the Week award for his display in the 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund comes yet another opportunity of an accolade from one of the heroes from that night.
The man in question is Son Heung-min, who broke the deadlock in the 47th minute of the last-16 first leg at Wembley, connecting with Vertonghen’s cross to rifle in a sumptuous volley beyond the reach of the helpless Roman Burki.
From then on Spurs went from strength to strength as Vertonghen added a second and Fernando Llorente completed the rout late on for a magical European night in front of the Lilywhites faithful and, most importantly, a big advantage in terms of making the quarter-finals.
