PSG set to sack Unai Emery following Real Madrid defeat so will Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino be linked with the job once again?

Unai Emery looks certain to be sacked at the end of the season, according to the Sun, following Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League last-16 exit to Real Madrid.
Los Blancos beat PSG 2-1 at the Parc des Princes to win 5-2 on aggregate and confirm that the hierarchy at the French champions will look for someone new to take them forward in the summer.

Which is why rumours linking Mauricio Pochettino are likely to return as the Argentine continues to impress and build his reputation at Tottenham Hotspur.
As football.london reports, Pochettino was linked with the vacant position in Paris before Emery was given the job in 2016 and as a former PSG player, the 46-year-old is keen on becoming boss there at some point.

“I’ve always said that I would be pleased to join a great club like PSG,” the South American was quoted by Sky Sports two years ago during previous speculation.
“Come to Paris? I hope so. It is true that it would please me. It’s part of my dreams.”
Spurs fans will be hoping that Pochettino does not want to fulfill those dreams too soon, but he is likely to be one of the names being considered by the Ligue 1 giants.
