It goes without saying that Liverpool are a classy club. That much was evident last night during the minute’s applause for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Reds are actually so considerate, that they even go to the trouble of making one small change whenever Sadio Mané or Mohamed Salah win the Man of the Match award.
What’s the story?
Well, as you may already know, Mané and Salah are Muslim, and therefore do not drink alcohol.
In acknowledgement of that, Liverpool never include the Carlsberg logo on the Man of the Match graphic if either of them win the award.
As you can see above, when Thiago was named Man of the Match against Manchester United last night, the Reds added the logo of their sponsor.
However, when Salah won the award following the 6-0 win over Leeds back in February, the Carlsberg logo was nowhere to be seen.
It may only be a small thing, but stuff like this just goes to show how Liverpool care about the finer details to make their players feel valued.
Sadio Mané & Mohamed Salah must love life at Liverpool

In our view, Mané and Salah are probably pinching themselves that they get to spearhead this Liverpool side, with Jürgen Klopp at the helm.
They are both on their way to becoming Premier League legends, and they have already cemented themselves as two of the finest African footballers in history.

So far this season, Mané has scored 19 goals in all competitions, whereas Salah remarkably has 30 to his name once again.
Klopp’s system is created for them to thrive, and if we were in their shoes, we would want to stay at Anfield for as long as possible.
